Alex Upjohn

Alex UpjohnLiving for much of his life in London Alex trained in drama at Westminster College, achieving both a Btech. Diploma in Performing Arts as well as a Btech. National Diploma in Performing Arts.

Examples of his versatility in stage work include Maria in ‘Dracula Spectacular’, Mr. Sloane in Joe Orton’s ‘Entertaining Mr. Sloane’ and Duke Orsino in Shakespeare’s ‘Twelfth Night’.

He also has experience of playing multiple roles in plays he has helped to develop. He is a skilful street entertainer where he uses his considerable circus skills and knowledge of magic.

Alex is currently employed as a teaching assistant in a school specialising in the education of children and young people with special educational needs.

In this capacity he has taught drama, and his lessons have been formally monitored by various members of the senior management team. He has always attained high achievement in these assessments.

Alex has a lot of experience of working as a DJ, specialising in urban music, which he also writes and performs himself.
